Sikat ang Pinoy effective link building strategy

What sikat ang pinoy strategy you are using today for the last two weeks?
For me I am just doing few blog commenting daily to maintain my ranking and hope it will maintain until the end of the competition. Because according to webmasters maintaining the top ranking is a very tough way. I agree on that because I am working hard to my Sikat ang Pinoy blog and doing some strategy that can help.
Most link builders, bloggers, gurus, masters etc. said that blog commenting is the best way to have huge of backlinks but it is true. Doing more blog commenting can increase backlinks but not too much. Because if you will focus on this sure you cannot gain the highest rankings. That’s why I am doing all link building strategy to increase my traffic and ranking.
My friends from Indonesia give me link building strategy that they used on the previous 20009 SEO World Cup Contest. Following his strategy is great now gaining the highest rank. The last month link building strategy is very strange.
